While seemingly secluded, ALMA is located just minutes from La Crucecita, and 20 minutes from an international airport.
The community will be developed on a 3.6 ha (9 ac) south facing lot, made of two small hills with slopes gently going all the way down to the ocean, guaranteeing a variety of sea views from the properties.
Positioned at the doorstep of the National Park, surrounded by three gorgeous beaches, miles of biking lanes, and close to world-class amenities, you are guaranteed to return home filled with peace every time you step out.

This boutique community unobtrusively combines Mexican architecture with the raw beauty of the Pacific coastline. Pure lines impart a sense of weightlessness to the design, enhanced by floor to ceiling sliders that blur the boundary between the indoors and outdoors while preserving comfort.

REASONABLE DEVELOPMENT
In addition to our sustainable initiatives, we are also promoting a subtle form of architecture. Through the appropriate use of colors, materials, and landscaping, we are ensuring that ALMA has a minimal visual impact when viewed from the sea and remains unobtrusive from the neighboring pristine beaches, Playa Órgano and Playa Violín.
